Ce cours permettra d'ouvrir ses sens et se concentrera sur la prise de conscience de l'ensemble du corps en mouvement et plus particulièrement en travaillant sur la respiration et l'ancrage au sol.
En se développant de l'intérieur, nous explorerons les énergies régénératrices, la relation à l'espace tout en étant conscients et connectés aux autres. Chaque cours vise à créer une mobilité et une capacité de mouvement plus riches et à renforcer l'esprit et le corps.

The class opens up the senses and works on being aware of the full body in movement, specifically working on breath and grounding. Growing from within, we explore regenerating energy and the relationship with the space while being aware and connected to others. Each class, aims to create a richer mobility and move-ability and strengthens the mind and the body.
